In co-operation with the Bundesverband Wärmepumpe e. V. (German Heat Pump Association), career changers are qualified through multilingual e-learning.

In order to meet the increasing demand for heat pumps and the ongoing shortage of skilled labour, the German Heat Pump Association (bwp) has once again commissioned ecolearn to develop a customised e-learning course. This time for the important target group of career changers who need knowledge about heat pumps in a compact, easily accessible form. The result is a course with a total of 3 learning modules and a final exam, which can be booked in either German or English.

Offer picks up on current developments

The new e-learning programme was presented to the media at the 21st FORUM Heat Pump in Berlin.
