More control, more flexibility
with individual licence keys.
These optional service helps you to gain more control and flexibility in the allocation of licence keys. Every user generally needs a licence key to activate a desired product. We usually create ONE universal licence keywhich can be used multiple times depending on the number of licences ordered. This has the advantage for you of simpler administration of the user licences. However, there is also a risk that this code will be passed on, which may result in unauthorised persons be able to use your ordered product. The universal licence key is part of the product. There are no further costs.
Individual licence keys (optional)

Optionally you can individual licence keys for any number of user licences. The disadvantage of this is that you have to send the codes to your users. However, the advantage is that these licence keys cannot be passed on, as they can only be used once. This means that you do not lose any user licences to unauthorised persons. In addition, there is also a certain "value" if you send each user an individual code.
For an additional charge, you will therefore receive a number of individual licence keys defined by you, each of which is only valid once. You will receive this list as a CSV file.
Example: You order 50 licences of a product and 50 individual licence keys. Please add both products to your shopping basket.
If you have placed several multi-licence products in your shopping basket and would like a separate allocation of the keys, please let us know the desired number in the "Order notes" field on the checkout page or simply give us a call!
Example: You order 50 licences for product A and 20 licences for product B. Order 70 individual licence keys. Please place both products in the shopping basket.
You can also combine universal and individual licence keys:
Example: You order 50 licences for product A and 20 licences for product B. However, you only want 30 individual licences for product A and 10 for product B. In this case, order 40 individual licences and please let us know the desired distribution. We will do the rest for you.
