A ventilation system is still a relatively new feature in residential construction. Accordingly, reservations and questions often arise.

In this learning module, you will first learn why a ventilation system is indispensable today and what advantages and perhaps also disadvantages are associated with it. How a ventilation system is constructed and what function the individual components must fulfil is part of the second chapter. You will also learn the most important formulas for planning a ventilation system and calculating ventilation heat losses.

After successfully passing the final examination, your certificate will be made available for download here on this overview page.
