The pellet check is offered by the German Pellet Institute (DEPI) and is primarily aimed at energy consultants who want to make a quick and well-founded statement in a customer discussion about which pellet firing system is suitable for the property they are advising and how high the subsidy can be.
In addition, the pellet check can be used by anyone interested in the construction industry to gain an overview of the project-related requirements of pellet firing systems.
The pellet check is based on 10 questions, for which you will receive in-depth background information and feedback if required.
The result shows the degree of suitability of a pellet boiler and pellet stove in the form of a scale and summarises the most important points and statements on promotion.
Once the check has been carried out, you can print out the result as a PDF.

The pellet check is an integral part of the learning module Pelletfeuerungen in der Energieberatung from the ecolearn basic series. The learning module has been recognised by the German Energy Agency as a 6-unit training course for energy efficiency experts.
