Course content
Every building owner wants to build well and cheaply. But where is the economic optimum? Is the passive house really affordable?
In this learning module, we will turn a detached house that was originally planned to EnEV standard into a passive house and compare the additional and reduced costs.
On this basis, we calculate the capital value and annuity of the passive house variant step by step.
You will learn all the important basics and formulas along the way so that you will be able to calculate the profitability of your own projects in future.
The German Energy Agency (dena) recognises the "Calculation of economic efficiency" learning module with 6 UE (teaching units).
